I just sent an email to hljsubmissions@gmail.com, attachning the abstract of my paper along with my resume.  The title is " Immigration Management in the Age of AI: Preserving the Securitized Presumption or a Rethinking in the Policy? " The overal theme deals with the AI, and the how the current immigration management systems are influenced by a rigorous securitized view. The work examines whether AI has reinforced this view or otherwise hhas been able to mitigate it.
I would be happy to recieve your feedback on it, and see the chance for publication.
