Law looks to the past; technology looks to the future. Where these two worlds meet, there is friction and oftentimes a lack of consensus. Given the growing integration of the digital and real worlds, novel legal challenges regarding privacy have emerged.
The Chapman Law Review will explore these and other related questions at our upcoming Symposium to be held at the Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law on February 6, 2026 in Orange, California.

The Chapman Law Review will select the majority of participants for its upcoming Symposium through the standard article submission process. Please submit your manuscript via the Scholastica submissions portal. Further, please submit an abstract of no more than 500 words at your earliest convenience. Selected manuscripts will appear in print in Volume 29.
