The Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law recently published its first issue for the 2025-2026 academic year and is now seeking submissions for its second issue, slated for publication in mid-spring 2026. The Journal will accept submissions for articles, essays, and comments. Please note, the Journal does not accept submissions from student authors that do not attend Fordham University School of Law.
The Journal prefers to receive submissions through Scholastica, but will also accept submission by email at jcfl@law.fordham.edu. Submissions will be evaluated and accepted on a rolling basis beginning on December 10, 2025. Although the Journal will make an effort to respond to all submissions, there may be instances where the Journal is unable to do so. The Editorial Board of the Journal very much looks forward to reviewing your submissions.
