The Loyola of Los Angeles Entertainment Law Review is currently accepting submissions for the spring cycle of Volume 46, to be published in 2026. We welcome articles focused on entertainment, sports, communications, and intellectual property law. Authors are encouraged to submit articles via Scholastica or email at elr.outsidearticles@gmail.com. Please attach a cover letter and curriculum vitae with each submission.

We strongly prefer submissions of 25,000 words or fewer, but will give all submissions a nondiscriminatory review. For detailed information on our journal’s submission preferences, please visit the dedicated “For Authors” page on our website: https://loyola-elr.scholasticahq.com/for-authors.

We look forward to reading your submissions!
