The Journal of Orthopaedic Experience & Innovation started with our first article published March 14, 2020. The origins of the journal are seated in the belief that information in orthopaedics should be on a more open platform, have increased accessibility, respect surgeon experience with procedures and the practice of orthopaedics and give a voice to early innovation.
True Open Access
The Journal of Orthopaedic Experience & Innovation is a complete open-access journal, so there is NO SUBSCRIPTION FEE and remarkably there is NO ARTICLE PROCESSING FEE processing fee (like all other "open access" journals) so there are no barriers to submission or reading. There also are NO SUBMISSION FEE. This journal can be superb for your cutting-edge research, new techniques, resident-driven research, the clinical experiences of your institution and more! We believe that if you are charging thousands of dollars in OPEN ACCESS fees, then that isn't much "open access" is it?
Revenue for upkeep of the journal is obtained through advertising. Please see our Advertisers Page for further information about this practice.
